I was happy with the way of ommunication and understanding nature of Doctor. He explained me about my skin related issue very well and ensured me about complete recovery after the medication. He is so kind and friendly.

****** ****** ** *** ** *** **** **** ********** ** ******* I am very satisfied with his treatment but the person at reception the older one with glasses is very rude with everybody.

**** *** **** ******* ****** *****, giving you medicines which are not available anywhere else and charging prices above MRP for those. People who pay more are allowed to be seen by the doctor earlier and the normal ones are left to wait for hours. When I called them for a medicine above MRP, they said that they cannot do anything for that and on insisting they also used bad language. I would not recommend anyone to visit here even once.

please do not visit this clinic. **** *** ******** ****** ** charging 200 extra for urgent consultation but your number comes after normal consultation.do not pay for urgent consultation. very bad staff in managing the appointment queue. they are letting people go inside if he knows them.

You have to pay 500/- the consultation fee and they will give u a number. But I must say the doctors are friendly and they listen to your problem and explain you everything about the disease. They are really genuine and give time to the patients. And the best part is they don’t scare you abou the disease and don’t make u take the decision in a hurry. I am more relieved after meeting the doctor. Very approachable.

The only thing is very inconvenient that the hospitality is very bad they will not allow to consult doctor in case of emergency. I travelled some 500 kms to consult the doctor the next day I face some issues then I requested the clinic receptionist to allow me to consult doctor through call as I can’t travel again but they are not bothered about that though I am very old patient

Remarkable! This was now my 2nd treatment and my skin feel reborn! I have very sensitive skin due to pimples/acne that could show itself in red spots and itching. Now had 2 treatments and it is almost over! I recommend Dr. Kshama to all patients with a sensitive skin issue. She gave me a night serum which improved my skin tremendously.
